Tom’s will sponsor this sweepstakes by providing a $500 Tom’s gift card to one lucky winner. This sweepstakes will run from 9:30 AM (CST) Thursday, April 5 2018 to 5:00 PM (CST) Friday, March 6 2018. The winner will be chosen at random from the list of entries and will be notified via direct message on Facebook at 6:00 PM (CST) on Friday, March 6 2018.

In addition to the photo, emailed entries must include a name and telephone number. Neither entry method is favored or receives preferential treatment.
GENERAL ELIGIBILITY
This sweepstakes is valid only in the 48 continental United States, less New York, Rhoda Island and Florida and is valid only to participants 13 years or older. Void where prohibited. Kind Kaley Foundation reserves the right to disqualify or remove any entry that violates the rules of Facebook or Kind Kaley Foundation’s Disclosure Policy, which can be found at https://kindfoundation.blogspot.com/p/social-media-disclosure.html.
PARTICIPATION

If the winner can’t be contacted, the prize will be forfeited, and an alternative winner will be selected at random.
