Humbled Reflection + Employee Appreciation Day
It seems like every square on the calendar is home to some sort of special day. Some humorous, some serious, some just plain weird (National Cheese Doodle Day March 5?).
National Employee Appreciation Day was this week, giving us the opportunity to reflect upon what we do for our team members (and goals we work towards) and to share our learnings for the benefit of employees at other workplaces large and small.

KIND Kaley Foundation has always placed a specific emphasis on enriching the lives of others, by making KIND Kaley Foundation a wonderful place to work and keeping our fellow team members happy, engaged and motivated. In spirit of the holiday, we’ve been appreciating all week long!
As requested, our team enjoyed an ice cream sundae bar on Tuesday, and when they returned to work on Wednesday we paid them to enjoy the day off! Every single member of our team plays a vital role in allowing our company to better serve others. Their longtime commitment to quality, kindness, and excellence is a tribute to our small business culture and reminds us all of the company we started as. For this, we are humbled and ♡ grateful.
We are constantly exploring ways to make our team members’ experiences great and we’re proud to provide charitable giving that enhance the lives of others. We’re thrilled to recognize National Employee Appreciation Day, and we’d love to hear about what you do to create an environment for your employees that shows how much you value them!
